While your goods are in our care we are able to arrange insurance on them under our own policy. This is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance and other leading insurers. This is designed especially for covering the household goods and personal effects of our customers whilst they are in our custody and control. As such, to benefit from the insurance that we are able to offer, you must declare a value of your goods. On the other hand, you may well be able to extend any existing insurance arrangements that you already. For example, home insurance on your household goods and personal effects. If so, we can show our insurance charges as a separate, optional figure if you do not wish to benefit from the insurance that we offer.
