Very impressed with Burke & Wills. The communication was very clear from the office team, the cost was competitive and when it came to removal day – the guys arrived on time, were extremely polite, took care of all of our belongings and unloaded quickly. From start to finish the moving day took 5.5hrs and that was with an hour of drive time. Would highly recommend!

A video call was ideal to make sure I felt comfortable that everything was included in the quote. The quote was the best I received. Impeccable service provided by Karel and his team who did an excellent job of packing and removing our furniture and belongings from a 4 bedroom terrace to a 3 bedroom flat. The team were adequately resourced and efficient. As was to be anticipated, unexpected situations arose during the exercise which it had not been possible to plan for in advance. In some cases the solutions involved the provision of services by Burke & Wills which had not originally been discussed as part of the exercise. We particularly appreciated the authority delegated to Karel by his senior manager Jason in head office such that Karel could not only propose helpful solutions but also implement them without continually reverting to head office. Overall a very streamlined and successful process carried out within budget, according to schedule and with absolutely no breakages or damage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Burke & Wills to any family looking for a removal firm in London

They moved us from London to Wiltshire which was a big deal for us but they made it so much easier. Incredible crew headed up by Lloyd - his skill, knowledge and ability to lead his team as well as help me make sensible choices on a stressful day was evident throughout. We were really impressed with how simple they made the whole process - Mark answered questions leading up to the move promptly, Taylor and his team on the day turned up on time, worked quickly, not a single breakage, problem solved issues that cropped up on the day without any stress… all in all I couldn’t recommend them more.
